If you are experiencing technical issues we Suggest you do the following.

2. "Give it a Minute". We understand how important it is for you to remain online. Our team resolves most network issues within 5 Minutes, if you are still offline after 5 Minutes try the following.


3. Restart and Reboot. 99.9% of issues are resolved by simply restarting and rebooting Internet devices and Computers, Phones & Tablets. To do it yourself simply turn the power off on all your devices, routers, WIFI access points and switches for about 60 seconds, then turn it back on and wait 5 minutes before you try to access the internet again. If this didn't work we suggest you report the issue.


4. Report the issue.

Please note: Our support team will respond to your after hours support request within 30min. They will get back to you by Phone, WhatsApp or Email. After hours support is provided between 5pm and 9pm in the evenings and in the mornings from 7am. Support requests that reach us outside of these times will be attended to from 7am the next day.
