2. "Give it a Minute". We understand how important it is for you to remain online. Our team resolves most network issues within 5 Minutes, if you are still offline after 5 Minutes try the following.
3. Restart and Reboot. 99.9% of issues are resolved by simply restarting and rebooting Internet devices and Computers, Phones & Tablets. To do it yourself simply turn the power off on all your devices, routers, WiFi access points and switches for about 60 seconds, then turn it back on and wait 5 minutes before you try to access the internet again. If this didnt work we suggest you report the issue.
